I have been struggling with spew a little bit lately. Today I played an extremely unlucky session and lost several buyins. Still grinding at nl50 since I have not had great results there lately and I want to crush before I move on for my own psychology.

I'm doing a quick self review of big losers:
- Flopped KdTx on Td4d3d vs a very aggro spazzy opponent. He donked the flop, I raised, he shipped it, I snapped and lost. Feel happy with the hand.
- KQ vs an unknown fish on K42Q2. He smalldonk/called flop and turn and then check/shoved river for less than a minraise. I called and he showed a deuce.
- Got in QQ on a QJ5ss flop and lost. Obv happy with that.
- Flatted AJo vs a 75bb stacks BTN open in the BB. He only opened about 20% otb and also had an extremely high cbet and WTSD so I elected to call instead of 3bet. Flopped J86ss he cbet I c/r he called and I shoved a turn T and he called with QQ and I didn't bink. Perhaps slightly thin but given this particular villian I like the line.
- Raised the flop with KJdd on Jx9d4d and called a shove, was against a set. Cooler, standard.
- Got in AQ vs A8 on an A73 flop (vs the KT villain) and he sucked out.
- This one is closer. A 60bb spaz opened, I 3bet 88 IP, he flatted the 3bet oop. I was going to be happy getting it in pre vs this particular guy. Flop came Q76ss and he donked out half pot and I just shipped it in. He snapped with QT and I got it in with 18%. I think he donk/folds a fair amount there and also donks a variety of draws and also 7x and 6x hands (which are def in his range for calling a 3bet oop) so I'm happy with the play despite the results.
- Got in TT preflop vs JTo vs a 60bb stack and lost.
- Q9 vs QJ against halfstack fish on J95,Q - he c/c flop then donk turn and I put him in. Feel fine.
- Got in JJ 3way vs to halfstackers with AQ and KQ.
- valuebet AJ vs a loose passive fish 3 times on J96r,T,6 and he c/shoved the river and I folded. Standard.
- flop checked through and I donked turn with a flush draw and got minraised by someone I felt had turned top pair. I didn't think I have any fold equity on a 3bet there so I just called hoping to bink getting great odds and missed and he just checked behind on river.
- shortstack 70vpip spaz donked all in 982r vs my A8 he had 9x.
Those are all the pots where I lost 20bb+.
I played fairly tight on the whole, but think that's the most +EV style for the climate of these particular games.
Anyways, the main idea is that even though I ran very poorly today, I stayed off tilt and didn't spew. I think not looking at my graph at all during session, and forcing myself to take a break at one point really helped me.
Going to try to play 50k hands in January in these games and hopefully play my best and then move on to greener pastures :)
